About Treatment Sessions
What can you expect?
Sessions are approximately 1 hour long, less for young children, more for your first session. At the beginning of your first session, I muscle test to see how many sessions you need to see a significant improvement. Most clients need between one and four sessions that are usually one month apart. Treatments are non-invasive and are done with the client lying on a couch fully-clothed in a relaxing environment. By muscle testing I am able to identify what energy work needs doing. When working with babies/young children, I work with the parent on the couch whilst the child plays/rests close by. All treatments are unique and may involve one or more of the following:

Health Kinesiology (HK) releases long held stresses by removing energy blockages. In doing so, HK significantly reduces or removes severe pain and helps with a wide variety of health problems. HK can eliminate side effects from prescription drugs. It can make you see a situation in a different light, enabling you to work 'with' rather than 'against'. HK can help stop the trend of being a victim of mental or physical abuse, enabling your inner strength and spirit to shine forth and allow you to make the necessary changes. HK can be emotional, deeply spiritual and enlightening, is often funny, but always unique, interesting and very special to you.
What can HK do for you?
It is my belief that HK can help with just about anything. I'm not saying it will cure everything, but it will significantly help with most things, yes. The brilliant thing about HK is that at the start of the first session I test to see if I can help and if I can't then I'd say so (this has never happened).
Since I began, I have helped children with chronic diahorroea, lack of confidence, bullying, dental pain from newly fitted braces. I have helped adults with back problems, IBS, fears/phobias/nightmares, depression, lack of direction, migraines, relationship problems and general lack of 'get up and go' to name but a few. And Finally – The Cost
Each session is £50 for adults, £40 for children up to and including 16 years & concessions*.
Distance Healing is £45 for adults, £35 for children and concessions.
